Trusted Connections
You choose who to invite and manage their access directly inside your secure member portal.
You control every sharing decision
- A Trusted Connection may be a spouse, adult child, caregiver, business partner, employee, insurance agent, attorney, or another person you choose.
- You send the invitation from inside your secure portal using the person’s email address.
- You choose which records the person may access and what they may do.
- You can change or remove access through the portal whenever your needs change.
- A Trusted Connection does not automatically receive access to every record.
EnsureLoc stays hands-off
EnsureLoc does not select Trusted Connections, approve recipients, send discretionary invitations, decide what another person may access, or add, change, monitor, or remove sharing permissions. Technical support does not include making access decisions for you.
You are responsible for authorization and access. Share only with people who are legally and practically permitted to receive the records, review access regularly, and remove access when it is no longer appropriate. Do not send documents, passwords, account numbers, or Social Security numbers by ordinary email.
